Dean Markley 2504C Korn Signature 7 String Guitar String Set (10-60)
The difference is the amount of strings. A six string doesnt have better chords than a twelve stringed. The twelve string sounds much more rich and has a unique sound, along with more chords to play.
12 string, 10 string, 7string bass, harp, harpsichord (no they are not the same thing), piano, quad necked guitar, triple necked guitar, double 12 string, triple 12 string, quad 12 string, double 10 string, triple 10 string, quad 10 string, 6 string bass or 7 string guitar
Motionless In White doesn't usually use a 7 string, however, Ricky uses a 7 string in Devil's Night. Other than that though, they always use 6 strings, usually tuned to drop B
The entire run is played on the low "e" string, which is the thickest string. There are typically 22 frets on the neck and you count starting at the head. So on the "e" string you play the song by holding the frets in this order. 5-5-7-5-3-1-0 (zero being striking the string without holding any fret)

an ordinary bass guitar has 4 strings, the thickest being the E string, the thickness of this string depends on the players prefrence,if youll be downtuning a lot then a heavier string is the best option to help stop strings buzzing too much,it all depends on the style you play and personal prefrence,i use medium gauge strings so the E string is 0.105 inches thick, but depending on the gauge of the strings you buy it will be diffrent If you play a 5 string bass the thickest string will be the B string, again the medium gauge thickenss of these strings is 0.125 inches.as for 7 string basses and above im not sure since ive never had the chance to play them e string or if you have a 5 string bass it will be a b string

The commonly-used largest size of string bass (double bass, bass viol, although the last name _should_ be reserved for the 6-string and 7-string fretted instrument of that title) is the 3/4-size. I am 5' 7", and that is the size I played most.Solo basses are often made from 1/2-size basses. The principle bassist of the Boston Symphony, Edwin Barker, stood about 5' 11" and was one of the few people I ever knew who played a real 4/4 size bass. I believe he mostly plays 3/4-sized instruments now.

I go in order from the thickest string to the thinnest string, and in standard tuning. 0 for E string 7 for A string 2 for D string 9 for G string 5 for B string 0 for E string
