There really is nothing that can be done except for surgery.

While Kate has gorgeous 38D breasts that are a wonder to behold, she does not have a Stainless Steel Bra. Anna Kreisling was made a special Stainless Steel Bra by Albert Speer so that when she flew over New York in 1943, she would survive bailing out of the Junkers JU-390. Over New York she knew that she had a 50% chance of being shot down. Her gorgeous 38D breasts would be protected by this Stainless Steel bra! After the war Howard Hughes bought this bra for $300,000 dollars for the American actress Jane Russel, who also had amazing 38D breasts! She wore this bra in one of Howard Hughes movies!
did you go on a diet? have you been sick ? were you pregnant?were they enlarged for any reason or were they always like a 38D?
Huge. In bra sizes, the number before the letter indicates the garment size, kind of like clothing. The cup size is constant. ~{Insomniac Platypus}~

First off, make sure you wear a comfortable, but supportive bra that properly fits you. Many adult women wear the wrong size bra and have an uncomfortable or unsupportive fit as a result. This site gives instructions on how to self measure your bra size: http://www.blooberry.com/bformfaq/measure.html Also, do weight training, especially arm exercises and pushups, to strengthen your pectoral (chest) muscles. Eat healthy, exercise and try to keep your weight at a healthy level. You'll have more confidence in yourself and look better as well. Surgery, however, is an option if you suffer chronic neck or back pains (and possibly even headaches due to the muscle strain) as a result of your chest size. Be proud of your body--there is no such thing as a 'perfect' body or 'perfect' breasts. The reality is all breasts will sag, especially as women age or have children. Even the skin around breast implants sags and implants only last for about 15 years. Many men and women find a variety of female bodies attractive and don't see the "flaws" that a person does when they judge themselves.
