You have undoubtedly changed batteries or run the battery down. The display LOC means the radio is locked. You will have the insert the proper code to active the radio. If you cannot find the code, contact your GM dealer. Head on over to www.DelcoLockCodes.com. They charge $4.99 for the code but they got back to me in an hour or so and the code worked perfectly. Better than paying a dealer $40 - $50!
"Er2" is the code displayed by the radio when a disk cannot be read by the laser. This generally occurs when you are using a CD-R in a format the radio does not recognize. The H260 was purported to support CD-R media but does not always work, and this radio DOES NOT support MP3 files.

You have attempted to enter an incorrect radio security code 3 times and the radio is locked up. Simply turn the radio on and leave it on for 1 hour. The radio will unlock and then allow you to enter the correct code. If you do not know the code go to the honda owners website I will post a link to and sign up your Accord. There you can get the code for free.

I assume you mean the radio code. If so, you enter it with the radio preset buttons.Call your Honda dealer because nobody seems to know how.
The radio unit will need the security code If you disconnect the battery from your vehicle. The radio will reset, thinking it was stolen out of the car, and will require the security code before it will work again.
