When you don't get enough fresh air, your body can experience a range of negative effects, including decreased oxygen levels, which can lead to fatigue, headaches, and difficulty concentrating. Poor ventilation can also result in the buildup of carbon dioxide and indoor pollutants, potentially exacerbating respiratory issues and Allergies. Additionally, inadequate exposure to natural light can impact your mood and disrupt your circadian rhythms. Overall, a lack of fresh air can negatively affect both physical and mental well-being.

Yes it is possible but not a good idea. If you were to put an ac in an enclosed room, it would not be able to draw in enough fresh air to justify the cost to cool the air. If you had some sort of way to duct the cold air to the inside and keep the aC outside would be better. Large AC units are often times installed in attics atop fau's 9heater blower units).

Anaerobic decomposition is what happens when compostable materials do not get enough air. Aerobic breakdown occurs when proper aeration is achieved whereas landfill-like decomposition happens in its absence.
Anyone needs atleast 1 hour a day outside. If more hours a day, your body will be healthy and happy.
You have to water the plants twice daily, give it enough sunlight and fresh air.
If your house is of very tight construction and if you don't open the door very often then the fresh air mode is a good idea. It brings in some fresh air. Any closed space needs some continual fresh air supply. The down side. It does bring in some warm air. It will cost you slightly more and take slightly longer to cool a given space. If you feel that your space gets enough fresh air from other sources, then the fresh air mode is not necessary.Regards.If your house is of very tight construction and if you don't open the door very often then the fresh air mode is a good idea.
