I'm looking around a bit through my stuff, and I'm really not finding much of anything. It's doubtful you will. Definitions of the Dubstep genre often include the specification of 140 BPM, so it's probably not a very common choice in the genre. Usually dubstep plays at 140 BPM with a snare hit on the third beat (as opposed to the more commonly used second and fourth beats), making it feel somewhat like 70 BPM.

A piece in moderato would normally be 108-120 bpm, but since blues is in general a slower style, I'd say 90-100 bpm.

House music can be difficult to mix. You must first decide if you like to just do continuous mix (song after song for say 90 minutes) Or if you want to get tricky and mix accapellas into breaks and such. As a hobbyist DJ I really focused on continuous mixes for a few months, learning when the BPM could sync together and typically did after last verse of one song got the next song prepared and synced then faded from one to the other. (Itunes does something like that, but don't sync BPM and it can sound like a plane crash). As I got better at syncing the BPM i got began getting tricky with using accapellas of one song and mixing them into other instrumentals or beat breaks. I focus'ed on Freestyle, Techno, Rave, House, Electronica, Dance (when freestyle was in the 80s and early 90s a kinda house/electronica; such as STEVIE B)

It is between 90 and 110 bpm.
The average bpm of a person varies by genes, physical shape, and age. Everyone is different. Athletes tend to have a lower bpm because of a stronger heart. Here are some age ranges. Ages 5-9 have a bpm of 70-110 beats Ages 10 and up have a bpm of 60-100 beats When exercising your bpm goes up 30-40 beats
