According to Schecter, the Thin U neck contour has the following dimensions:
Nut @ width: 42mm
Nut @ 12th fret: 51.2mm
Thickness @ 1st fret: 21mm
Thickness @ 12th fret: 22.5mm
Radius: 13.8
Apart from Schecter Guitars, most of the ESP models have a thin U neck which is very similar (if not exactly the same) to the above.
