Spaces (from bottom to top):

You can add more notes with the addition of ledger lines; these notes go in the same pattern as above (ABCDEFGABCDEFG...) for as high or as low as you need (although if you get low enough, it's easier just to write it in bass clef!). Until you get more proficient at reading treble clef, I would suggest simply memorizing the lines and spaces with some kind of acronym (Elvis' Guitar Broke Down Friday for the lines, FACE for the spaces) and counting any ledger lines according to the pattern. You can also remember that since the treble clef is also called the G clef, the line it curls around (second line from the bottom) is G.
Yes, treble clef is the highest clef of them all.
the guitar plays on the G, or treble, clef. It plays transposed down an octave, though, so it could technically play untransposed on a bass clef. All guitar music is written in the treble clef, though.
Treble clef, and bass clef, are just clefs, all notes can be played by writing with both of these clefs. If you mean, can the bass clef play below middle C, then yes, but just below at its Bb. The question itself is vague.

that all the notes should be treated as an octave lower :)

Music is written on what is called a staff. There are two parts to the staff, called the clef's. The clef with the higher notes on it is called the treble, or "g" clef's. The lower one is called the bass, or "f" clef's. They both have exactly 5 lines and 4 spaces. You can remember the treble clef's line notes by saying this saying going from the bottom to the top: Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge, every good boy does fine, or Elvis's Guitar Broke Down Friday. The space notes spell: FACE.And as for the bass clef's lines: Good Boys Do Fine Always. And the space notes: All Cows Eat Grass.

The five lines and four spaces on which notes on a musical page are written, are called a Staff. A Treble Clef and Bass Clef staff are combined for piano music. All notes, quarter notes, half notes, whole notes, etc. are placed on a staff or if they are higher than the staff allows, they use ledger lines. In a piano staff, a ledger line is a short line between the two staffs that is shown when the note Middle C is notated. Ledger lines can also be above the top staff or below the bottom staff.
Reading music notes is as easy as a few simple phrases. Always start from the bottom of the staff ( the five lines ) and go up.When the note is on the line,Every GoodBoy DoesFineWhen the note is on the space,Spell FACENote: These phrases are for Treble Clef. Treble Clef is the higher part of the staff when you are working with a grand staff. For Bass Clef, use these phrases:When the note is on the line,Good BoysDo FineAlwaysWhen the note is on the space,All CowsEat GrassHappy reading, playing and composing!~Jessica.Songbird
When there are treble ("G") clefs on both staves, it means that both hands are playing notes in the treble (above middle C), where most of the notes are in the treble and none (or hardly any) in the bass below middle C.
Percussion instruments used to use the bass clef, but nowadays untuned percussion used what is called the neutral clef. The symbol for the neutral clef is two vertical lines, and music is written onto the staff. Each line or space corresponds to a certain drum or symbol.
I haven't heard of F clef. do you mean Alto Clef or maybe Bass Clef? For information about all the clef's, see the Wikipedia link below:
All musical clefs indicate the position of a specific note on the staff. The treble clef is a G clef, because it shows the location of the note G.
