What is better xbox 360 or PS3?

I think ps3 is so much better than Xbox 360 cuz u dont get a bad 4g harddrive instead u get a 160g harddive. I suggest that if u like to play online and u want a good online service xbox would be the one. But the good online is the only reason people get xbox. If u dont want to pay for online then u should get ps3. Its online is ok, but its not as good as xbox. Also ps3 is better cuz the controller isnt so big like the xbox controller. Xbox controllers are really big and if your looking for something to be able to grip and hold in your hands while u play a game ps3 has the controller for that.
If i didnt convince u enough to get ps3 i will give u one more reason. Ps3 has better exclusive games such as, uncharted 3,LittleBigPlanet 2,mlb the show, resistance and more. I hope u get a ps3 its the console for u

PS3 also has portables like the PSP and PS Vita that work with the PS3 and can store stuff on the PS3 harddrive. Xbox does not have a portable system and there online does not have all the new state of the art servers Playstation just purchase last summer. So how can it be that much better online and must be more of the old news like lower priced and more games. Playstation Plus gives you free games and downloads and costs the same as Xbox live. Does Xbox live give free games or discounts. PS3 also has Playstation Home and both systems were designed to be online and you lose by not having an internet connection.

Neither, the PS3 is a great console. So is the Xbox 360. But the Xbox 360 breaks down a lot. The upside, it has great games like Halo 3. PS3 is good and also has its great games like Haze and Little Big Planet I think that's the name. I don't know the PS3 graphics because I've never played one. But the Xbox 360 has great graphics and is easier to use than the PS3. So if you get a Xbox 360 or PS3 and say its better than the other, think again but right now the top system is PS3 ONLY because it doesn't break down as much.

The question is like asking is blu-ray better than DVD. PS3 is higher Tech. If you want new improved higher tech go with the PS3 and Sony. Xbox is made by a software company and not a respected Electronics manufacture. The only place that the Xbox 360 has ever sold well is in the USA, the rest of the world has always known the PS3 was better.

XBOX 360 is way better than PS3. Because we don't have Blu Ray so we don't have to pay alot more money to spend and they say they have free internet well we have that to but we also have 2 memberships Gold and Silver. And XBOX is made by Microsoft one of the best companies in the world. Sony doesn't care about the games they only care about the blu ray and your free internet. Microsoft cares about your graphics, ytour internet, your netflix, and don't forget the games because we are the only system in the world to own all Halo Games. and this is to all PS3 owners that think XBOX is suckish youre doosh bags.

Xbox is the kind of company who can not depend on there product so they have to resort to tricks like having Activision delay release of the Call of Duty DLCs to the PC and PS3 to try to hold to the customers. That is also why they insist on games like Halo being exclusive. Yes they do charge $50 a year to play on Xbox live when most of the internet is free once your connected. They are Microsoft a software Company and not a product manufacturing company. Sony Playstation 3 comes from a company that also invents things like the Blue Ray Disc. Sony is known as a Manufacture of fine electrical products for many years and has earned there good reputation. The PS3 is much more than a game player and that is not a bad thing.

Games: Xbox has amzing titles like Halo, gears of war, and fable (which is also on computer). However PS3 takes the lead with uncharted (Which got better ratings then halo 4, and Uncharted 3 has better graphics then any Xbox title), Kill zone, Resistance, Mod nation racers, little big planet, infamous, God of War, and many more!

Online: As a kid paying $60 a year for xbox live seems very pricy and anoying, however if you have the money you will be awarded with a better online gaming experience! and if you really care about online then you can get PlayStation Plus which is still not as good as Xbox live but is also slightly cheaper!

Features: Although both can get things like netflix PS3 is ahead in this area as it has a built in Blu-Ray player, and a few more things in general are accesable to the ps3.

Controlers: This is the least important part as it really varies in people. Xbox controllers seem better for larger hands and ps3 is better for smaller but both work fine. If you really hate the controller for one system though you can just get a controller not made by sony/microsoft as they make ps3 like controllers for xbox and xbox like controllers for ps3

Random stuff: I find that Ps3 has a few advantages such as people who engoy downloading there games, ps3 can come in 500GB sizes, as the xbox only comes in 320GB (also xbox rips you off by making a 4GB system and selling for same price as the 16GB ps3). Also controllers generally are the same price, there are these cool deals where for an extra $5 you can get a cool game with your controller on ps3! also Xbox 360 cords are normally bigger, heavier, and have a big elecrical box in the middle of it which is anoying for traveling with it!

Final thoughts: PS3 sadly got hacked (however you were given 2 FREE games) for a number of weeks which proved its somewhat bad sucurity and also the ps3 has less downloadable games then you can get from Xbox live, but in my opinion the clear winner is PS3!
