Uganda is in both the northern and southern hemisphere.
No oceans border Uganda, Uganda is in the lower East area of Africa, but does not border an ocean. The only large body of water it runs along is Lake Victoria. It also shares a border with Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan and The Democratic Republic of The Congo.
Rwanda is to the south-west of Uganda. It has a short border with it. See the map at the related link below.
Uganda is a country in east Africa that was formerly a British colony. It is located on the north shore of Lake Victoria, east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and west of Kenya. The country gained its independence in 1962. ------------------------------------ Uganda is a inland country in Eastern, Central Africa (the equator passes through it). Part of it borders onto Lake Victoria near the capital "Kampala" . Its is a beautiful country with a wonderful people.

Relative location of Uganda is that it is bordering Kenya from the West, South Sudan from the South, United Republic of Tanzania from the North and the Democratic Republic of Congo from the East. It is land locked and also borders Lake Victoria from the North.

This point is on the International Boundary between Uganda and Tanzania in Africa, right in the middle of the large lake whose name is not marked on my map but which you can bet I will look up very soon.
Kenya is located on the eastern side of Africa. It is bordered by the Indian Ocean on the South East, Tanzania on the South, Uganda on the West, Sudan on the North West, Ethiopia on the North and Somalian on the North East.
