very high pitched and croaky, sounds like a bird skwaking
Its hard to tell from an explanation as many dubstep songs have similar instrumentals and sounds, but devised from the guitar riff it sounds like it could be a remix of an alternative or rock song. Listen in the song for vocals, and then google what vocals you can pick out and see all the remixes DJ's have done and proceed to look them up on youtube until you find what appears to be the one you were looking for. That's all I got for ya!
I'm not sure of the song, but it sounds like you are referring to dubstep. Dubstep is a style/genre of music usually with electronic noises and vocals that have been tampered with.
It sounds like it could be true, Black Sabbath & the Beatles.
I thought that I was the only one in the world wondering this. It sounds like the vocals are in Latin, and "Halleluiah" is the only words that I can clearly make out. I may not have the answer, but maybe it is comforting to know that you are not alone in wondering this. LOL The music sounds very similar to that in Spy Game, the film starring Robert Redford and Brad Pitt. Does that help?
The song's main vocalist is Swedish-American rapper-songwriter Adam Baptiste (also known as ADL), whose vocals are uncredited. To me the vocals sound as if they come from Will.I.Am,, im 99% sure its him... If its not then its someone who sounds ridiculously similar =D
because he has diffrent mics when he sings and that's why he sounds a like a girll.

An Acapella.
If by "what are they called" you mean "what are their names", then its Patrick Vaughn Stump: Lead vocals; Peter Lewis Kingston Wentz 3rd: Bass guitar-vocals; Joseph Mark Trohman: Lead guitar-vocals; and Andrew John Hurley: Drums
Pierre Bouvier-lead vocals, Chuck Comeau-drums, David Desrosiers-bass/vocals, Sebastien Lefebvre-guitar/vocals, Jeff Stinco-lead guitar

No, Care Bears on Fire are not British. Sometimes Sophie, guitar and vocals, sounds British when she sings.
