An outdoor sports store in Atlanta offered me $65. The gun is about 55+ years old in perfect condition. Used only a few times. He said he could sell it for $90 but I think he is too low. So, I still have it for sale. This little bolt action .22 was manufactured from 1940 to 1965. The Blue Book give a price range of $65 - $90. Answer For a trade-in, never expect the best price, a gun store will ALWAYS low-ball you. They have to make a profit off of it after they get it from you. The only time I trade in a gun is if it's broken past my ability to repair or if there are ZERO repair parts available. And even then it's only to avoid the Brady wait at a Gun Show. Best bet is to sell it yourself for the highest cash return.
Depending on exact condition, the Model 1904 and its variants sell in the $150-$300 range.
In really good shape it's worth at most about $200.00. A very least about $150.00. You can sometimes find them in good shape at gunshows from about $95.00-$150.00. But guns shows are funny. At one table the same gun can differ a lot in price. It realy matters how much the dealer has in the gun. I personaly have two of these. They are great guns, just keep thm real clean for best results. marksmans8056
