if you go to the library you can go to the refernces and look in a chilton wire diagram book for foreign and your year look under Lexus and the first page will tell you what page to look in for radio and give you the whole wire diagram for the whole system and make a copy cause you cant usually check those type of books out
If your radio is displaying "Loc" and you cannot remember or know the 4 didget code to unlock it, you can take it to a local Chevy dealer and they should be able to unlock it for a small price as this happened to me.
If your radio is locked and needs to be unlocked, it would require a security code versus a radio code.
