The reason for the September 11th attacks...Hmmm..there are a number of reasons, but these are all speculation. There have been a number of possible reasons that have come to light.
It is apparent that the attacks were in no way related to Islam. The best way to look at this would be to question, who stands to gain from it. You are bound to come up with one answer. On the surface, it may seem as though it is an American driven plot, and that America stands to gain, but do yourself a favour, look at the New York stock exchange, question who owns it. See where all the financial benefit from the attacks will go. Consider the attacks on Iraq, which are being justified with the BS story about terrorism(which started with 9/11). If America stood to gain, then why would they be losing millions of dollars a day on a war that they are losing. That money is going somewhere, and although it is blatantly obvious who is gaining, I would rather not mention it.
Another good source of information for you, woudl be to watch the movie Loose change, that should give you some direction.
