You should go for EFL, DU or JNU. Loyola college in Chennai is also good but the best bet is JNU/DU. JNU has a more exhaustive syllabus and prepares you much better for NET, though the competitive DU syllabus also leaves nothing substantial out. EFL is better suited for those that have plans to utilize their education in English purely for teaching purposes. Their novel M.A. in English programs are very well suited for those looking for a career in the teaching profession. Almost all universities have entrances and a basic requirement for your graduate percentage, which is minimal. All you need is to clear their entrance exams which can be hard if you do not prepare well and in an exhaustive manner.
You have to gain admission to take PHD from JNU.
Should such things be publicly available then you should contact your tutor, the institutes' administrator or any website the institute has.
