The tacoma amazon is a rare guitar that sounds incredible with its brazilian rosewood back and sides and ancient red cedar top. There were less then 70 made from 2002-2006 These Guitars are rarely up for sale, if you can get lucky and find one for sale a good price is around $3000 and above. Ive played both martin and taylor brazilian models that were double the price and the tacoma was on par with them. I feel the price difference between the three guitars is based purly on "brand name". Studio recordings- the tacoma was #1 then the martin and taylor a close second to the martin. The best musicians I have had the pleasure to work with buy a guitar for how it sounds, the brand name is always secondary. Successful musicians know this.
