I would imagine it would be priceless if the autograph is truly his.
The purpose of a plastic sleeve is to protect whatever is placed inside from stains or dirt. Alternatively if multiple things are placed inside it is to keep them all together.
A plastic box, or sleeve you keep the card in when not in use. Normally would be sold with it.

A smits sleeve is a small device (plastic tube) that is inserted into the cervical OS to maintain an opening for insertion of radiation brachytherapy tandems

No, but you should replace the plastic sleeve.
It's called a "sleeve" in most places.
Yes, because the original name for a long sleeve shirt was a long sleeve tshirt, which make it a sub category of the overall tshirt category. Similar to a square is a rectangle but a rectangle is not a square

The white plastic sleeve (if that's what you mean) under the gear knob, if so it's stuck on. I sawed vertically from top to bottom and peeled it until came off, other than that I don't think there's a way to take it off undamaged.
from redlinegti.commore on http://www.redlinegti.com/forum/vtk.18333.0.asc.removing+gear.20.htmNow for the directionsRemove the standard knobThis simply pulls straight off (..interject something about straddling and tugging firmly...)There is a plastic sleeve moulded over the end of the shift lever. The bottom of this is a flange which holds the gear boot up near the knob. There are three vertical ribs on this sleeve which stops the std knob from twisting. If your replacement knob fits over this sleeve then all you need to do is follow the fitting instructions supplied and you're done.If you have a MOMO or similar you will need the next step.Removing the top of the plastic sleeve-THIS IS NOT REVERSABLE ONCE YOU'VE DONE THIS YOU CAN'T GO BACK-About 10mm from the bottom of the sleeve there is a groove around the shifter. Cut around the sleeve in this groove.Carefully shave down the sleeve from the top removing the plastic from the metal shaft underneath. The shaft is knurled and may damage any blade you use. Don't dig too deep into the plastic as it's very thin and will shave off easily.I removed two sides and then twisted the sleeve off with a pair of pliars.
