um thousands of rock bands have played in the US and Canada from Led Zeppelin to Iron Maiden to Avenged Sevenfold, Beatles, and thousands more. I don't understand the question can you clarify?
I think it will be Canada, Germany, Norway, and Japan. This is considering their rise of mostly genre based rock bands like J-Rock, J-Pop, Black Metal, Techno, Industrial, and Indie bands.
Whew that's a tough one! It's tough to say because there was a time where prog rock bands ruled the rock world - for instance, when Yes released the monolothic "Tales from Topographic Oceans", a double album conatining four ~20-minute songs, not only did it sell well, it debuted at #1 on the US Billboard charts! That's the opposite of underrated, really. If we're looking at today's prog rock bands, well, it depends. There's bands like Dream Theater that are essentially prog-metal and have a sizable following from fans of both genres. But then there's bands like the Flower Kings and the Dixie Dregs that have a loyal fanbase, but do not get a lot of recognition. Which IMO is a shame because there's a lot of great music out there that's getting passed over.
around 8 million
Yes, several American rock bands, mostly underground or non-major ones have performed in China. E.g. Horse the Band in 2008 or Testament in 2007. Check wiki.rockinchina.com. The first American band invited to play in mainland China after the cultural revolution was The Ancestors, a New York City band who performed several concerts in Shanghai area in 1992-1993. And became friends with Cui Jian, hosting his first US tour in 1996. Band's core members are currently The Grand Slambovians, or known as Slambovian Circus of Dreams in China.

The song Parabola by the US rock band Tool, is the second single released from the bands third album entitled Lateralus. The song and album was recorded in 2001, however it was not released until 2002.
The Chris Rock tours will be held in the United States, Europe, Australia, and Canada. Chris Rock will perform in many cities in the US and the others.
In general, yes. Note, this question may stem from a legal gap, where previously marriages performed in Canada to non-residents whose marriages might not be recognized in their state of residence were not definitely recognized in Canada (eg, marriage of a woman in the US to a woman in Britain). That has since been rectified: all marriages performed in Canada are now legally recognized in Canada.

X Factor USA IS open to bands.
Yes. The times I've been in Mexico, there was never any shortage of locals wearing t-shirts of their favourte Rock and Heavy Metal bands. A lot of less publicised bands in those scenes will play Mexican venues quite often - far more so than they will US venues - because they tend to have heavier concentrations of fans there, whereas US fans tend to be a bit more spread out and in lower concentration.
