Possibly a short in a wire in the motor which is most likely under the drive seat?
Hit Mode until it gets you onto the alarm. Then hit Start to toggle between 4 different combinations of alarm (no alarm, beeps on the hour, alarm, alarm and beeps on the hour) there are two illegible wee dots in the top lcd that are supposed to say what is going on, but you will need a microscope. At least I think that is what the answer is. Time will tell.
When you locate the station you want, simply push either # 1-9 on your radio and hold it until it beeps.... .......Dat Dude
1. Turn the ignition key to On or Accessory. Pull up the emergency brake. 2. Press Source or Power to turn the Pioneer car stereo off. 3. Press the Clock button to display the time. 4.Press and hold the Function or Audio button for 3-4 seconds. The display will come on, and the hour should flash. 5. Use the Up or Down buttons to change the hour setting on the stereo. 6. Press the Left or Right keys to get to the minutes. When the minutes start to flash, press the Up or Down keys to set the clock to the correct minutes. 7. Press the Function or Audio button again to exit.
First, locate the H and M buttons located just below the tuner knob (the lower of the two). You press AND hold either one of those buttons for a few seconds until it beeps, or the numbers are flashing. You can then use the H button to set the HOUR and M button to set the MINUTES. To finalize your time selection, just wait 10 seconds or so and the flashing should cease and your clock is SET! If it does not set after waiting, just press the POWER button to activate the radio and it will finalize the clock settings. You're welcome, olde tymer. Caleb
annoying is'nt ?? you figure they get a better chime . how about you close the door........ And never mind the fact that if you release the seat belt while at a drive through window somewhere you have to listen to the alarm. If the engine is running and you stop and release the seat belt the alarm starts beeping! I really would like to disconnect this alarm. I wear my seat belt all the time and I am annoyed with this alarm. Our New 2011 Sonata Hybrid only beeps when you first get in, after that you can do what you want like an adult.
Not a good sign! If the machine produces beeps, then you can note down how many beeps it produces and try searching for that number of beeps and bios (for example, if there are 3 beeps try searching for 3 beeps bios). The BIOS produces beeps if it can't boot the PC.If there is literally no response (no lights and no sound), it's probable that the power has failed; try a different power lead and different mains socket. If it isn't the lead and the power socket works, then the PSU in the PC has probably failed and will need to be replaced.
continuous
in my skoda felicia 2000 there is a notch at the back of the glove box. I insert the little plug that is with the keys into it smooth side up. It beeps once, I remove it and insert again and get two beeps at which point I can turn over the engine again

POST Test: (Power on self test) when the computer is booted up it performs this test, if it beeps once then it means that all the hardware is working correctly and the POST test has been passed, if it beeps more than once then there is a problem with the hardware, refer to the beep codes in the user manual.

Those beeps are a code telling you whats wrong. Count the beeps Example 1 beep followed by 3 beeps is like a code 13. Then use that number and search for POST codes in the internet POST stands for Power On Self Test. This is only step 1 in diagnosing your problem. Lots of Luck.
It beeps, the numbers vary depending on the manufacturer of the motherboard.
During shutting the roof on my 2001 Renault megane, I turned the engine off by mistake which jammed the process. I took to a garage where they managed to get the roof shut for security, but now it just beeps when I try to get the roof open --- any suggestions what I need to do to get it working again?
