actually. if you download a program called Clickster you can. It uses Google and internet databases to find MP3's therefore it is legal because they are the same MP3's you would find through a search engine and it does not involve P2P (also means the risk of viruses goes WAYYY down)

However, the "free" version only lets you download about 47 songs a day (220MB) unless you buy the "pro" version for $24.95. But 47 free, legal songs a day isn't bad!

esnips.com has a download feature on most of its mp3s
