Have a look at the tag on the front of the valve cover, if that is unreadable look on the passengers side of the engine block
2000 Grand is 5x4.5 2008 Wrangler is 5x5 They will not fit.
On the 95 Country it is found in the undercarriage near the rear tire on the drivers side. on a 96 and up its in the gas tank and cost a pretty penny to replace but doesnt need to be replaced until the fuel pump fails

Pass side rear of the engine--if you look at the oil filter--the starter is about 8-10 inches behind it. Its just about the size of a coke can, can't miss it if your'e looking under the passenger seat.
