Follow the pos battery cable and it is at the end of it. Passanger side, just below and slightly behind the oil filter, there are 3 bolts holding it in place and 2 wires. Be careful when replacing the wires on a new starter to not over tighten the nuts. I have replaced one in 45 minutes, in the dark, holding a flashlight in my teeth - and you don't need to jack it off the ground.

Follow the cables from the battery. It goes straight to the starter. If your looking at it from the top its to the left of the engine deep down in there. It will look somewhat like a popcan. But just look for the wire going too it.

The starter is located on the back-side of the engine, under the air intake. It is at the TOP of the transmission back there. You can see it from both looking down and looking up from underneath.

Good luck!
