There are several signs that Lady Gaga is a victim of the occult. Her constant use of symbols, such as a lightning bolt, one eye closed, butterflies, etc. all show signs of involvement in the occult (be it voluntary or not).
Don't believe me? Do a simple Google search on MK Ultra, MK monarch, lady gaga and the illuminati. It'll make things a lot more clear.
She is not so weird, she just has her own individual style. Some might consider it so weird but it's not really.

Some of her makeup is weird and her outfits designed to be risque and attention-getting. But at other times (as when appearing with Tony Bennett) she adopts a more traditional "glamour" look.
Appearing as a "guy" (in drag as Jo Calderone at the 2011 MTV Awards) is definitely creepy, though, and obviously fulfills some psychological need to critique her sexual identity.
