Hi im Mike from Mn, I also have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with front brakes that are partially engaged so that they heat up. I got them to release after pulling the fuse and relay for the ABS IN THE FUSE BOX under the hood. The brakes work ok now and have not stuck back on but the ABS system is no longer working. I went to the Jeep dealer and they said they had never heard of this problem before. They said if I can make it happen again they may be able to figure it out. Any info you have about this problem would be greatly appreciated Mike
