Flute is worse. Saxophone is easier and more fun to play then flute.
This depends on the player. Some will find one easier than the other. Some find them equally challenging.Flute music is usually easier to read, however; because the flute can only play one note at a time. Piano, of course, can play many notes at a time.Well, it really does depend on the player and on which kind of music they like better. Let's say that the flute and the piano are equally challenging, but I like to play the flute. And let's say that I play the piano...I would obviously think that it was hard. However, if i was playing the flute, i would probably think that it was fun and easy. The advantage is that if you already knew how to play the piano, and you want to learn how to play the flute, it'll be really easy because you already know all the notes! Good luck, everyone!
I wouldn't say there's a hardest instrument to play, and if there is, it isn't flute. True, it's extremely competitive and probably second worst to try and be the best at, next to violin, but it's fairly easy to pick up and play the basics.
bassoon/flute
Nope! It's the same fingerings as the flute, if you know how to play flute, you can play piccolo.
It's possible, but the transition would be much easier by starting on flute.

YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL AN EVENT AND THEN A FAT MAN GIVES YOU A RECORDER, RECORD A PIKACHUS CRY PLAY IT BACK 4 TIMES AND THE RECORDER makes a flute noise witch gives you the flute!
The instrument used by Tumnus in the movie is imaginary, and not any instrument in existence, but in the book he is described as playing a "Pan's flute", a fairly high-pitched wooden instrument.
clarinet is much easier. if you go on to play the sax/flute and sounds nicer :)
