As long as you use an OEM unit, it should plug right in with no modifications necessary.
Replace the gate shocks ....one of them is completely gone and other can't hold weight of gate I would recommed to change both.
Don't replace the switch yet; I would say that it sounds more like a battery cable/battery ground connection. I would recheck all these connections plus I would really inspect the starter solenoid and its connection. Power can still flow thru but the starter motor requires much more power than accessories so any weak connection will prevent your car from starting. The starter solenoid sits on top of the starter and was probably replaced as a unit, but just because its new does not mean it is not defective. Check it out.
Automatic trans, 50K, standard trans, 100K.
Niel smith he also helped them get out of the garage and onto the stage if it wasn't for him they would proble never have goten discovered but for some resion they decided to replace him
Replace your thermostat.
A 1974 Chevy Impala frame would work
In my neck of the woods (TN) the repair is between $363 - $650.
Check with your local Chevy dealer on that.
Approximately $2,300.00 to replace with a rebuilt. (Just replaced mine) My guess new would be around $3,000.00
no
I would guess about six quarts...
You need to replace the gauge cluster... I hate to say that, but that is the only fix. It is common on the silverado series trucks as well. This was verified by 2 mechanics and the Chevy dealer.
There is a control module from Chevy for $65.00 that controls the rear window defrogger and antenna signal. Its located in left rear window pillar behind the plastic trim. its very simple to replace.
The online website 'Car Parts Discount' is one place where one can purchase authentic Chevy Impala parts. Another site to check out would be GM Parts Direct. One could also search Impala parts.
Chevy already put the 5.3 Liter V8 in the Impala in 2006. It makes 303 H.P. Putting a 5.7 could be done, but the expense would be great. I would just look for a factory V8.
ON the 2006 impala that whining noise is actually the electronics when you accelerate. Its more or less electronic pulses/signals My 06 Impala is the same.
