Try the drivers licence office for your state. Chances are, all licencing fees, reinstatement fees, and non-court related/imposed costs are all taken care of right there when you get your licence reinstated. If not, they'll direct you to the appropriate authority for this.
You may be eligible to get your license reinstated after the specified time passes and you meet certain requirements. For example, license suspensions due to DUI and controlled substance-related matters generally require you to pay fines, complete a DDS-approved Drug Use Risk Reduction Program, and wait a certain period of time.Once you've satisfied all requirements, there are a couple of ways to start the process for reinstating your license. You can apply in person at one of the DDS Customer Service Centers that offers reinstatement services (it's wise to call ahead and make sure the one you want to visit actually does offer the service).Or, you can request a reinstatement in writing. Include your:Full name, as listed on your driver's license.Driver's license number.Date of birth.Mailing address.Signature.Mail your request to:Department of Driver ServicesP.O. Box 80447Conyers, GA 30013If you have any questions about reinstating your license―including the requirements you must meet to do so― call the DDS at the telephone number for your area. You really, really shouldn't be driving on a suspended license to start with, so you're one strike down already. Your best hope is to pay the speeding ticket quickly, quietly, and w/o fuss, while hoping that they don't cross check with your license status. If they discover that you were driving on a suspended licence you'd, probably get your suspension extended, and another fine.
I don't have the answer, but my wife and I are trying to answer the same question right now. Did it start sounding similar to Warrant's Uncle Tom's Cabin? That is the song we are trying to think of...
-- dial fast -- for a contest, start dialing the number when they start asking the question; when they finish the question, hold on if you know the answer, hang up if you don't. -- keep trying
No such thing. Once the license is suspended, it no longer exists. You'll need to appeal to the court or see whatever other actions are necessary to get a license. A good place to start may be the local drivers license testing office. See what they suggest. They can look up your record and tell you what will be necessary to get another license. After (if) you get your license back, make sure you obey all traffic laws and you'll never have the problem again. * A license is suspended for whatever period of time that was imposed by the judge of the court of jurisdiction. A suspended license is not a revoked license and in most states the person will be notifed when the imposed suspension time has expired and given the information of the procedure needed to have their driving privileges reinstated. A revoked license can be permanent or for a lengthy period of time. If it has been revoked for a stated period of time, rather than permanently the offender will be required to take (and of course pass) the written and the road test to acquire a new license. Questions concerning either action should be addressed to the office of the clerk of the court where the license was suspended or revoked.

No, of course not. You may have to pay for the marriage license, but you don't have to pay any special "fines." I don't know who gave you that idea, but it is the most amuzing thing I've heard in my life!! Now, if you want to start the process of applying for the person to become legal, the applications do carry fees, but there are no fines.
Before you start your small business, make sure to check with your local authorities to see if you need a business license permit. It is important that you take care of all the necessary paperwork before you start serving customers and clients. If you do not get the required permits, you could face sanctions, including fines and fees. If you have just started a small business and you are not yet generating a lot of profit, these fines could shut you down before you ever have a chance to achieve success. Start out on the right foot by getting your business license permit before you open your business.
