No. Mars is too cold and lacks water. No plant from earth could grow there. Mars also has about 1% of the atmospheric pressure as Earth, and the decreased levels of sunlight per square meter would make outdoor growth unpractical.

However, given a fully contained environment, such as a solarium with artificial light, air, water, and heat, it has recently been found that plants actually grow better Mars soil than in Earth soil. See "Mars One" or Wieger Wamelink for more details.
