It may be leaking at the drain plug located at the bottom of the pump housing. It may be leaking throught the gasket/o-ring that seal the pump cover to the pump housing. The seal may be installed incorrectly. There may be a crack in the pump housing/cover assembly. You may be able to observe water squirting fron the leak by watching the pump while it is running.

The water box is what the thermostat sits in with the water housing outlet coving it. If you follow your radiator hose the other end is your water housing outlet.
