If objects had no weight (ie if there was no gravity), then the Earth would not have formed in the first place. Neither would the Sun, or the Galaxies.

On the other hand, if Earth's gravity suddenly disappeared tomorrow, then we (and anything not stuck down - including the atmosphere) would just fly off into space!
