The glaciers that covered much of the Earth during the ice ages are known as continental glaciers or ice sheets. These massive ice formations spread over large land areas, shaping the landscape through erosion and deposition. The most notable examples are the Laurentide Ice Sheet in North America and the Fennoscandian Ice Sheet in Northern Europe. Their melting significantly influenced global sea levels and climate patterns.
Louis Agassiz collected his evidence that glaciers covered most of the earth because he grew up and lived in Europe. In Europe he found several rocks that were very scratched and/or polished. And since there was nothing in Europe that pointed to why this happened he automatically thought that Europe was covered by glaciers. So we know that Agassiz loved to travel so when he traveled he saw more and more of these rocks in different places around the world. So if he figured that if he saw them in Europe that means there must have been alot of glaciers around the world. And now thanks to Mr. Louis Agassiz and our present technology we found that his theory of glaciers around the world was indeed correct. Tyler Hickey from the the Harvard Institute of America.
Retreating glaciers and advancing glaciers are both affected by changes in temperature and precipitation. They both play a role in shaping landscapes and influencing ecosystems. Additionally, they provide valuable insights into past climate conditions.
do not know guys sorry
Glaciers create various landforms such as U-shaped valleys, moraines, drumlins, and fjords through processes like erosion, deposition, and melting. For example, as glaciers move, they erode the land beneath them, forming U-shaped valleys. When glaciers retreat, they leave behind piles of debris called moraines. Drumlins are elongated hills formed by glaciers depositing sediments, and fjords are deep, narrow inlets created by glaciers moving through valleys and subsequently melting.
I dont know
You know the land disappear every winter or more only God knows. They reacted weirdly
i don't know,im just trying to find the answer. Oh,and by the way, hii.xD
the ice ages affected people due to the fact that people can not live in any cold biomes for an extensive amount of time or they would develop hypothermia and die
i dont know or care
valleys and canyons are sometimes created by glaciers.
I know they had to do alot and men basiclly controled them but I want to know the details of it
don't know

Knowing what was not a major art form during the European Middle Ages would be easier to know if a person knows what the choices are. To know the answer the options listed should be provided.
middle ages
People in the Dark Ages had such things as the stylus, which was made of actual lead and were used for marking. The pencil, as we know it, has a core of graphite held in wood, and this was invented during the Renaissance.
