Protrusion of the cerebellar tonsils 1-2 mm below the foramen magnum may indicate a condition known as Chiari malformation, specifically Chiari type I. This anatomical variation can lead to symptoms such as headaches, neck pain, and neurological issues due to increased pressure on the brainstem and spinal cord. It is important to consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and management if this finding is observed on imaging studies.
Mild cerebellar tonsillar ectopia refers to a condition where the lower part of the cerebellum, called the tonsils, extends slightly below the normal position through the opening at the base of the skull. This condition is usually considered to be a normal variant and not typically associated with symptoms. It is often an incidental finding on imaging studies done for other reasons.
yes because some volcanic tubes hold no magmum.
100-500 USD depending on condition
If you are asking about the 2200 Crosman Magnum air rifle then it shoots a .22 caliber pellet not a BB.
You play until the merchant have it. Or there is a secret house where it says something like "2 people go in from the window". And the very big one on the desk is magmum.
Mr. McGregor and his cat.mr magmum
the magmum that flows underground spews out turning into lava then since its molten rock it hardens over thousands even millions of years but if its on water it flows over the water hardening into a solid surface
April 8, 2008 -- Longview WA, from a pawn shop. I purchased a Marlin 1894, 44 Rem. Magnum, Micro-Groove rifling, WITHOUT sling swivel studs (making it earlier). Stock features an applied "dark patina" finish -- areas where the wood is dark, and appears "worn" to a lighter color. Front sight hood is missing. The gun is about 80%, good blue, strong bore, split and repaired forend (virturally invisible). The gun was taken into pawn 12-23-1993. Asking price was $299. I paid $270, USD cash, no plastic, no ATM card.
Dan Wessons have a nut inside the front of the barrel that has to be removed to remove the barrel shroud and barrel. Keep in mind that Dan Wesson barrels are two pieces, the barrel itself, which is just a rifled tube that is threaded on each end, and the outer shroud. Once the barrel nut is removed the shroud just slides off and the barrel can be unscrewed from the receiver. When you put another length barrel on the gun you just screw in the new longer or shorter barrel tube, slip the shroud in place and tighten the barrel nut to hold everything in place. There is a special wrench that is designed to remove and add the barrel nut. You also need to be careful and measure the gap between the cylinder and the force cone of the barrel. DW makes a gauge to adjust this properly. If the distance is too small the cylinder can bind as it turns. A too-large gap effects accuracy and can be a safety problem.
A tattoo is formed using lots and lots of small needles. They punch little holes in the skin and dye/ink is injected into them. They will then scab over and after it heals it will be the finished tattoo. They can be quite painful to get.
It depends. If you live in a state that allows use of a centerfire rifle, I would choose a simple bolt action model. There are many. You will also need to choose the caliber of bullet. I suggest the .243 Winchester but there are many good ones. If your state does not allow centerfire rifles, then you could use a 12-guage shotgun with slugs. I suggest a simple pump action like the Remington 870. Get one that has iron sights on the barrel or a scope. If you only will hunt deer with it, get a barrel that is rifled. Then load it with 3-inch shells that are suited for either the rifled barrel or smooth bore, depending on barrel you have. Either way, be sure to become proficient with the gun. Become a good, safe shooter. I would recommend for average sized game deer(Where I live Red Stags) a Remington 700 Civil Model chambered in .270.For large game it's more of an ammunition concern and there I would recommend 30-06 150-180 Grain or maybe a Bolt Action scoped rifle chambered in Winchester .300.Another good weapon is a compound bow for States and Countries that do not permit firearms.I recomend getting a custom built bow(or even a recurve).
