The starch test proves if there is any chlorophyll in the plant (the green pigment in leaves.) If there is chlorophyll in a plant, photosynthesis takes place. A plant cannot do photosynthesis if there is no or hardly any chlorophyll in the plant.
if you extratct the oxygen of leaf disks and put them on water in a well lit environment, and they sink at first but later rise, that would prove that photosynthesis occurs in plants because oxygen is a product of photosynthesis abd would help the disks float
It can be used to prove that photosynthesis has happened.

Gregor Mendel's aim was to study the inheritance patterns of traits in pea plants to understand the principles of heredity. Through his experiments, he formulated the laws of inheritance which later became the foundation of modern genetics. Mendel's work laid the groundwork for the science of genetics and revolutionized our understanding of how traits are passed from one generation to the next.
He worked with other famous scientist.....Dont know the names :(He used pea plants in experiments which proved to be hugely advanced for his era. By breeding generations of pea plants, he was able to find evidence for chromosomes. His work went unnoticed for decades, until the advent of microscopes was able to prove him right.
that plants require light to live/ survive that the plants were dependant on photosynthesis
An experiment can prove or disprove a hypothesis.
To prove the hypothesis. To disprove the hypothesis.
An experiment can prove they are wrong or right ...:)

An easy experiment to do is to take 2 similar plants and place one in a place that gets sun and the other in a place that doesn't. It doesn't take long to see the differences between them.
By performing experiments whose goal is to prove that such theory is a mistaken theory.
Only when experiments are planed, carried out and analyzed can we know if our hypothesis is true and our methods are reliable. Oncethis is achieved, repeating experiments prove validity.
It can be proven, you have to do at least 3 experiments to prove your hypothesis.

the one who established the pattern of heridity is gregor mendel and he was able to do so after having made alot of experminents using plants this was hundred of years ago and now modern experiments prove mendel was true in every aspect of his pattern the one who established the pattern of heridity is gregor mendel and he was able to do so after having made alot of experminents using plants this was hundred of years ago and now modern experiments prove mendel was true in every aspect of his pattern
