Generally there are two ways to assess something: qualitatively or quantitavely.
Take an earthquake for example. We use a Richter scale to measure the impact of the earthquake. This is a quantitative analysis, and is used nearly always in science. A more qualitative assessment would be to say "it was the worst quake since 1978" or "it was powerful enough to bring down buildings". A comparison can be made to the other earthquake to understand how bad this one was and the fact it brought down buildings can give an understanding of the magnitude, but it is not as accurate.
A qualitive observation is an observation of a product of a reaction which cannot be measured numerically, e.g. colour, state of matter. A quantitive observation is an observation which can be measured, e.g. size, volume.
assesment
Yes, texture is a qualitative property of a solid that describes how it feels to the touch or how rough or smooth its surface appears. Texture is subjective and can vary from soft and smooth to hard and rough.
they are both incredibly boring so no there is no difference ;)
Quanitive observation is the mathematical aspect of the experiment, such as the amount of water used or the height of a plant. Qualitive observation is using descriptions and words to describe parts of the experiment. One example is the chemical color change of a gas (what shade of color does it have?)
It is qualitative (not qualitive!).
Poooooooooooooooooooooooo
Assesment of tax means Computation of Tax.
Quantitive observations are facts like "the shirt is red" and qualitive observations are opinions like " that shirt is cool"
a risk assesment is an assesment that you carry out to make sure everything works and is right so no one gets hurt
presence
qualitive
like if i no
for personality assesment
