i'ts where you strip in front of a plate

Failure to obtain isolated colonies on a streak plate could be due to overcrowding on the plate, improper streaking technique, or contamination of the plate from the environment or the inoculation source. It is important to streak the plate in a way that allows for sufficient separation of individual colonies to form.
the total count includes dead as well as living cells
The plating technique most likely performed when using the dilution technique is spread plating. In spread plating, a sample is spread over the surface of the agar plate using a sterile spreading tool to obtain individual colonies. This method helps to isolate and quantify bacteria present in the sample.
The only way i can think of is using a spread plate technique to observe what grows on an agar plate. Capillary electrophoresis I believe is use to split biological samples (and chemical) based on charge and size.
The crowded plate technique is a method used in scientific research where a large number of samples are tested simultaneously on a single plate. This technique helps to conserve resources, reduce waste, and improve efficiency in laboratory experiments.
A streak plate technique is used to isolate individual bacterial colonies on a solid agar plate to obtain pure cultures, while a serial dilution technique is used to dilute a bacterial sample in a series of steps to obtain a range of concentrations for further analysis. Streak plate technique is qualitative, focusing on colony isolation, while serial dilution technique is quantitative, focusing on estimating bacterial concentration.
strip cropping
The difference is a matter of thickness. For example steel PLATE is a large plate of thickness greater than 3/16 inch ( about 5 mm). Steel SHEET is plate that it LESS than 3/16 inch thick. And steel STRIP is SHEET cut into short widths. These cutoff thicknesses may very between materials depending on manufacturing processes. Hope this helps!
Depends on what you are doing, But if its on the street or strip the answer is no.....
NOPE
blade, slat, fin, plate, strip
Replica plating method.
Solid blue strip at the top with Pennsylvania in white on the top, yellow strip at the bottom with the state site then three letters the little keystone symbol then four numbers..... That's the average plate on the road.

The backing strip is typically longer than the test plate to provide additional support and stability during testing or welding processes. This extra length helps to absorb heat and stress, thereby preventing warping or distortion of the test plate. Additionally, having a longer backing strip allows for better alignment and easier handling during setup and execution of the test.
In the pour plate, the microorganisms will grow within the gel that has been set, and in the spread-plate technique, growth will be on top of the agar gel where it has been spread.
