There are currently two time zones abbreviated PST, Pacific Standard Time and Pitcairn Standard Time, both of which are eight hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). However, the parts of the Pacific Time Zone in Mexico, the United States and Canada switch to Pacific Daylight Saving Time (UTC - 7 hrs.) for part of the year. The United States, Canada, and a few Mexican cities do so from March to November, and most of the state of Baja California, Mexico does so from April to October.
