By consistently eating at certain times of day, we subconsciously train ourselves to prepare for extra food before meals. Actions such as the stomach emptying itself out before the meal and the habit of feeling hungry at that time contribute to the overall feeling of hunger at specific times of the day.
Not on its own merit - but if you skip breakfast when you do get hungry you over compensate for missing a meal and it is this that makes you fat. It's best to have regular balanced meals - eat often but not much is a good approach.

It was established that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that it is the beginning meal that gives you the energy you need, you shouldn't wait until lunch because basically if you have lunch in the middle, then you'll most likely only have energy for the second half of the day, and that would be bad because you should have energy to go through out the entire day, not just half. I'm not an expert in nutrition, but I do know that it might ruin the reputation of your diet it you don't follow it correctly, for sure you don't get anything "good" out of skipping breakfast and having lunch. That makes a good point.
