An imbalance of enzymes could cause a variety of problems.
A few results of an imbalance would be:
we would die

If an enzyme produces too much of one substance in the organism, that substance may act as an inhibitor for the enzyme at the beginning of the pathway that produces it, causing production of the substance to slow down or stop when there is sufficient amount.
An enzyme that has lost its ability to function properly is often referred to as a denatured enzyme. This can occur due to changes in temperature, pH, or the presence of certain chemicals that disrupt the enzyme's structure. Once denatured, an enzyme may no longer be able to catalyze reactions effectively.
Destroying the active site of an enzyme would no longer allow a substrate to bind to it, therefore stopping the enzyme from working.

If ecosystem is decomposed, ecological imbalance will be caused. The ecosystem will be depleted.
Amount of water would no have been constant. It would have caused imbalance in water content.
It's a process to return to a previous state of normality. Unlike retro inhibition, retro activation activates a mechanism to cause a further imbalance to return to a normal state. An exemple of retroactivation would be the act of 'throwing up' or vomiting. There's an imbalance in your stomach, and instead of inhibiting the reaction, the reaction is taken a couple of steps further so you vomit and return to a balanced state in your stomach.
Nothing would happen. It only occurs in men because it blocks a specific enzyme that only occurs in men.
