I was told in San Juan, at the Caribe-Hilton Hotel, while my wife and I were there over New Year's 2009-2010, by a woman, that her father was involved in the construction of the Arecibo Observatory, and that men were killed during its' construction. I know that this is not official in any nature, but that's what the lady related to me when I was speaking with her. I am sorry that I do not have any names regarding this matter.
