Hiroshima
Nuclear missiles have never been used. The only nuclear weapons ever used were bombs dropped on Hiroshima ('Little Boy' Aug 6, 1945) and Nagasaki ('Fat Man' Aug 9, 1945).
A nuclear triad refers to a nuclear arsenal which consists of three components, traditionally strategic bombers, intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs), and submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs). The purpose of having a three-branched nuclear capability is to significantly reduce the possibility that an enemy could destroy all of a nation's nuclear forces in a first-strike attack; this, in turn, ensures a credible threat of a second strike, and thus increases a nation's nuclear deterrence.[1][2][3]
First nuclear weapon test was October 9, 2006. Last nuclear test was September 3, 2017. SORRY IF THIS DOES NOT HELP
It's a general term used to apply to the time following the advent of nuclear technology. It could have begun when the first controlled nuclear chain reaction took place, or when the first nuclear bomb was detonated. That was in the 1940's.

The first nuclear reactor (CP-1) was first tested on December 2, 1942, less than a year after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. Its maximum design operating power was half a watt (thermal) so it needed no cooling system nor radiation shielding.
