The region of the U.S. between the Rockies and the appalachians sees a high frequency of tornadoes because of its ideal climatic setup. In the spring, storm systems cause warm, moist air from the Gulf of Mexico to collide with cool air from Canada and sometimes dry air from the Rockies for events further west, resulting in the formation of strong thunderstorms. About a mile off the ground a layer of stable air holds thunderstorm activity back, allowing instability to build underneath it. As a result when the storm break through the cap the instability will be enormous, leading to explosively powerful thunderstorms. At the same time wind speed and direction varies with altitude, which sets these storms rotating and also strengthens the updraft. This rotation combined with strong thunderstorm updrafts can then produce tornadoes.
Additionally, the National Weather Service is very diligent in surveying areas hit by tornadoes, meaning that it records as many tornadoes as it can. Most countries do not have such agencies, and so many tornadoes that occur are never recorded.
Hurricane mostly occur in the United States of America
We call them hurricanes and sometimes, on the west coast, they refer to them as typhoons.
Hurricanes originate in the Caribbean.
Cyclones occur more. This is because all hurricanes are cyclones, but not all cyclones are hurricanes.
Hurricanes occur in the tropics, while tornadoes can occur in various regions, including the tropics. In the tropics, tornadoes are less common compared to hurricanes due to the different atmospheric conditions that typically favor the formation of hurricanes over tornadoes.
Hurricanes most often occur in August.

They occur more frequently in fall. Mainly in Japan and areas by the equator. Atlantic Coast mainly.
Yes, South America does not typically experience hurricanes. Instead, the region is more prone to tropical storms and cyclones.

Hurricanes occur over warm ocean water in or near the tropics.
Earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, and tornadoes are all severe. It just depends on how strong they are and where they occur.

Hurricanes primarily form in the Atlantic Ocean and the eastern Pacific Ocean. The Atlantic hurricanes impact regions such as the Caribbean, Central America, and the southeastern United States. In the eastern Pacific, hurricanes affect countries along the west coast of Central America and Mexico.
