Charon (the largest of Pluto's three known moons) is sufficiently large in comparison to Pluto, that the centre of mass is outside the body of Pluto. This leads some astronomers to refer to Pluto and Charon as a "double planet". Pluto's other two moons, Hydra and Nix, are small enough to be held by the combined gravity.
