Not sure I completely understand what you are asking but a mole in scientific terms is a quantity. Similar to the word dozen, it is a particular number of atoms or molecules. In a chemical reaction it is the number placed in front of the molecule or atom. If no number precedes the molecule or atom it is understood that there is an implied 1 in front. In other words 2C + 2O = 2CO. 2 mole of carbon plus 2 mole of oxygen equal 2 mole of carbon monoxide. In one mole, there are 6.022*10^23 particles. It usually refers to atoms/molecules/ions.
The scientific name for the Naked Mole Rat is Heterocephalus glaber.
The scientific name for a female mole is not distinct from that of a male; both are classified under the same species name. For example, the common mole is scientifically named Talpa europaea. The term “female mole” simply refers to the female of the species without a unique scientific name.
