No. 'Localizing' a game, ie, translating not only the literal text, but also changing the content to apply/make sense to other countries, is a long process. This is one of the reasons why games take several months to go from Japan to the USA, and then often a few months more to get to Europe. There is never going to be a simple way around this, there is no possibility of a DS being able to translate a game correctly in the same way. If the Japanese game only has Japanese text coded into it, then you will need to wait until a localized version is produced. Or learn Japanese, what better time?
