Diga is the third person singular imperative of decir, meaning to tell. It means
tell!
It's how Spaniards answer the phone.
diga tu is you say in spanish
dige is not a real Spanish word, and neither is ala. But if you change the sentence to Diga pues a la verga, it means: "say it, then, to the rod"
¿Qué dice? can mean "What is he (or she, or it) saying?" or "What does he (or she, or it) say?" Or it can mean "What do you say?" or "What are you saying?" (you, formal)
No suena coherente eso de "que quiere que te diga", hay falta de concordancia en la conjugación verbal "quiere" y "te".You must have said:1. ¿Qué quiere que le diga? --- What do you want me to tell you? (polite you, singular, both genders) / what does he/ she want me to tell him/ her?2. ¿Qué quieres que te diga? --- What do you want me to tell you? (informal you, singular, both genders)
First of all it's "que dices" because you don't say "que tu dices" and second, you can't really answer that because when you translate it word for word it means "what do you say?" BUT spanish people use it more often as a question of surprise like english/american people ask/say "What are you talking about?" or more informal "What the f*** are you talking about?" you know what I mean? So it's more like a phrase than anything other.
DiGa was created in 2011.
