Is there a deposit for dpl company fo a fist time costumer?

Yes. It is a joke. They ask for your social security number. Look at experian and then come back with a decision: yes or no. Interestingly enough -- they don't actually see your credit score so if you challenge it, there is no way to prove if you have good credit or not. It's a SCAM. DP&L is a joke.

Does outsourcing your business process to external comanies always mean outsourcing the actual manufacturing of products or provision of services?

I work for a service company that outsources a lot of work to India. The representatives in India will take phone calls from customers, process claims or other functions, or just about anything. Outsourcing service is probably a lot easier than outsourcing manufacturing. No. What "business process outsourcing" means is outsourcing the "non-core" overhead parts of a company's business, such as payroll, employee benefits, accounting, and customer service (no joke on that last one).

Is the company Expertrating and the certifications offered a scam?

This year, I took a course with them. I can assure everyone reading this question, that this company is a real scam. You think they are established in the USA, but actually you will receive a cheap document from India, poorly printed, with a bad quality and ugly seal (printed as well). Few days after I finished my course with them and received that sick document, I could no longer access my course page!!!! which is much more suspicious. I have done serious research to find out they are not accredited neither their certificates/diplomas are accepted by employees. Their ISO 9001 certification is a joke. ISO is not a measure of quality but a measure of how well an organization has documented operational procedures. Some of the worst companies in the world are ISO certified because they documented their procedures. Expert rating company claims to be bbb acredited, but the bbb and say they haven't heard of them. They claim to be hosted in the US, but just a search will lead you to the truth: It's a scam. Hope it helped!
