Certainly you can grill it. It would not be a good idea to try and keep it whole when doing it though. It would be best to cut it up as you would a chicken, and make sure to allow a longer cooking time.

How long to grill a 9 lb turkey?

Grilling a 9-pound turkey typically takes about 2 to 3 hours, depending on the grill's temperature and the turkey's starting temperature. It's important to maintain a consistent grill temperature of around 350°F (175°C). To ensure it's fully cooked, use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the breast and thigh. Let the turkey rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.

How do you find out how many btu's are needed in a propane gas burner to reach 300 degrees Fahrenheit?

What you are asking isn't really translatable. What do you want to reach 300F? Air requires 75 btu per pound to reach 300F. Water needs to be enclosed in a pressure vessel and needs roughly 1180 btu/lb. Propane itself burns at 3360F under perfect conditions. If you are referring to cooking grills any grill will cook food to 300F or higher, the lower the btu rating the longer the grill takes to cook the food OR the less food it can cook at a time. The bigger the grill the more food you can cook faster. An 18,000 btu grill should be plenty to cook food for 4 people, a 35,000 btu grill is better for 6-8 people, for parties or catering you may want to invest in a much larger grill , sizes can vary greatly. The btu rating on a grill refers to the amount of heat converted from the propane at full flame in one hour. (fats dripping from food and combusting also adds heat to a grill, the rating refers only to the propane)

Why is a 15 pound propaine tank different from a 20 pound?

A 15-pound propane tank holds less propane than a 20-pound tank, with the numbers indicating the weight of the propane the tank can contain. Specifically, a 15-pound tank can hold about 3.6 gallons of propane, while a 20-pound tank holds approximately 4.7 gallons. This difference affects the tank's usage time and how long a grill or heater can run before needing a refill. Additionally, the physical size and weight of the tanks differ, making the 20-pound tank heavier and larger.

How long to grill 2 3 lb beef tenderloin butts?
