Acetek used to supply a circuit diagram for the CellOptik 12vdc, however it may be cheaper to just buy one these days as by the time you have made a PCB and bought 1 of each components and attempt to water proof it you will end up spending more.

No, the voltage rating of the switch is too low.

Use a DPST - A two pole switch.
Unless the switch has a pilot light on it there is need for a neutral connection to the switch.
The correct wiring diagram for a 220 volt pressure switch involves connecting the power supply to the switch terminals and then connecting the load to the switch terminals. It is important to follow the manufacturer's instructions and consult a professional if needed.
No. Not safe to do so. The distances between contacts may not be sufficient.
No and yes. A 120-volt plug-in timer connects the line voltage to the timer and to the switch that is operated by the timer, so you can't use it directly for a 12-volt light. However, if you use the timer to supply power to a step-down transformer, you can run a 12-volt light off the transformer (that's how most low-voltage landscape lighting timers work). If you don't need much current, you could even plug a 12-volt AC adapter "wall wart" into the timer. Otherwise, you would have to open the timer and modify it so that the micro switch is completely isolated from the 120-volt supply and bring it out to connectors for a 12-volt supply. Make sure you know what you're doing and also don't exceed the current capacity of the switch.
If you mean 110/240, yes, but there may be a hidden switch to switch it to 240 volt mode. Check the manual.
