There is no specific place for kids with disabilities, since most kids with disabilities are cared for within their own homes etc... Schools' have "special needs/learning support" departments, some kids may receive "respite care" etc... but there is no "catch-all" term for a place for kids with disabilities.
There are several day camps that serve kids with disabilities in the San Diego area. These camps also provide dance instruction.

because they feel comfortable and seem happier
I don't think it's a problem if they do.
I think it depends on the child. If a kid can be in a class with other kids and not either totally disrupt them or keep them from learning, then inclusion is fine and they will improve their social skills and probably find good role models. If the kid is violent, a constant disruption, etc., than they are messing with the education of all the rest of the kids in the class. In this case, they need to be removed from the regular class.
in higher grades there is more hard work
Not as a rule. Of course, kids with intellectual disabilities can be psychotics just like average kids or really smart kids.
For schools, yes. Kids are breaking them and playing with them during class. Plus , kids are stealing them from each other.
yo
Not in class. Maybe at lunchtime. Teachers don't want kids jumping off the walls (not literally).
