No. Being pregnant/having a child does not emancipate a minor in any state of the US. The minor is still subject to the control and authority of her parents until she turns 18.
It may be possible to petition the court of venue for emancipation rights. However, being pregnant or having a child does not automatically confer emancipation status upon a minor.
That's up to the judge.see link
If the parents give permission she can marry him and that emancipates her.
No, not unless she gets married (which requires parental permission) or is emancipated.
only if you are emancipated and the only way you could be emancipated at 15 is to get married
If she is emancipated or has her parents permission she can live where ever she wants.
I have a hard time believing a court would emancipate a 15yo but if she is emancipated she is free to marry whoever she wants.
she wants babies with her husband she not pregnant in 2013 but she on brits award that she wants babies with her husband after the brits awards
I'm assuming that the stepdad is the one who abused you....are the court dates for the abuse? If you haven't already...you need to tell someone. As soon as you do that you will be taken out of that environment. In order to be emancipated you have to be able to fully support yourself financially. You have to able to live on your own. Since this is not likely.....if your household is not good for you....you can see about going to court to have guardianship taken away from your parents and given to grandparents or aunt and uncles.
she wants you to get her pregnant
she wants a twin girls and she wants to call them Malieka and McKenzie
{| |- | First of all you must live in a state that has an emancipation statute. Only about half of the states have them. If you are in a state that has it, the law will specify what has to happen to achieve the emancipation. |}
