No. There's no effect from magnetism in an LCD TV.
Generally, speakers do not have magnetic shielding. Those that do will highlight the fact in brochures and manuals. The shielding is used to prevent the magnetic field affecting the image on CRT televisions (those that have a tube inside them). LCD screens are unaffected by speakers and therefore unshielded speakers can be used without problems, even when they are close to the screen.
The only tv that can come close to being made in the USA is Predicta made by Telstar and for now it is made with a CRT Picture Tube.
Hi, A tube TV is a television set that uses a CRT for its picture dislay as compared to a digital light processor (DLP), LCD (liquid crystal display) or plasma sets. It is also in my opinion, the most dependable of the TV's on the market and will remain so until today's manufacturers can build a more dependable TV using the newer technology. Tube TV's may be down, but they're not out and shouldn't be discounted. Hope this helps, Cubby
An LCD TV with a traditional flourescent backlight uses about 110 watts of power. A LED backlit LCD TV uses about 85 watts of power in the 32-inch size.
40 inch LCD HDTV is best for you but only TV is insufficient for proper entertainment.
No. No house hold or normal entertainment speaker magnets will effect an LCD TV. Think about it, the speakers in the TV its self have magnets. Do not worry about placing speakers near you LCD TV. If you think like this then you don't go top the depth of the truth. The actual thing is the lcd's speaker's are magnetically shielded. So they won't affect it.

LCD stands for Liquid Cristal Display. It's the type of TV screen they use, as opposed to old tube screens of old days.
a samsung or lg 3d led tv has to be the best.
If you mean display type, then there are rasterized picture tube televisions, LCD televisions, and plasma televisions.
Plug the audio system into the AUDIO OUTPUT jacks on the LCD. Go into the menu and change the signal to the jacks to FIXED if you can.
It's possible the screen is damaged, or a tube has gone bad (is this an older tube TV/ not an LCD/Plasma/LED?).
In an LCD monitor or TV a backlight is a light source (typically LED or fluorescent tube) behind the LCD panel that provides the light to make the display visible and readable.
One is the older style CRT picture tube and the other is a Flat Screen.
LCD TV's are a lighter, skinnier televisions that use liquid crystal display versus the older, heavier CRT cathode ray tube television sets. LCD TV's can be found in Best Buy and depending on the preference, prices range from $200-$3000.
This question is not really relevant. LCD is a technology to make or produce a television like CRT, (Cathode Ray Tube aka Picture Tube) DLP, LED and so on. HD TV refers to a picture resolution or quality of signal provided to the TV and not one of the technologies used to produce it. Any of the TV technololgies can be an HD TV.
